The NBA’s was the first ever industry awards show that I had attended and what an event it was! To think that this was formed off the back of two people only a few months ago is unreal - it is a great example of what hard work, focus, collaboration, dedication and a real can do attitude can achieve and that’s exactly what the awards are all about. We attended national beauty awards night in the Hilton Liverpool and can honestly say it was the best event of this kind of not all kinds! I’ve ever been to. From the entertainment, which started outside, to the food and the night as a whole, I’ve never attended an awards like this with the vibe this one had, there was nothing but love and support from everyone in the room, everyone just came together to celebrate each other and have amazing amaing night. The organisers did an absolutely amazing job and we wouldn’t miss the next one!! So honoured to have been a part of the night, you honestly had to be there to believe it 🤍

I just want to say the biggest thank you for the awards night . It was such a privilege to be in the same room as all them talented amazing people . The night from start to finish was out of this world , from the venue to the entertainment , the food to the actual award ceremony. The thought that went in to every single last detail of the whole night was actually insane ! Each and every person in that room was absolutely amazing , everyone looked beautiful and everyone was celebrating each other . Every single person looked stunning and everyone went out of there way to tell each other how fabulous they looked . I’m not going to lie , I thought i would of been completely out of my comfort zone and I couldn’t of been more wrong !! Iv never felt so in place with that many beautiful people , everyone felt at home . This was up there with one of the best nights of my life and a night I will certainly never forget . Just wanted to say a HUGEEE thank you to the organisers at the NBAs!! The most amazing night everIn this industry we don’t get much praise for what we do for everyone, Craig Cavanagh made an amazing speech and made each and everyone of us feel empowered, Craig said “ Some people wouldn’t feel confident without all of youse, thank you for making people feel confident and allowing them to walk out the house confident” This touched me and I felt so empowered by this! I was so nervous coming to the event but from the minute I walked into the event everyone made me feel so comfortable I had nothing but compliments from people I’d never met before and the love and support I had around me was incredible I wish we could do this more often and be surrounded by such amazing people! In todays day and age a lot of people can judge each other and look down on the beauty industry and just see us as ‘beauty school drop outs’ and the NBAs was a game changer, they showed the world how talented each and everyone of us are and how we deserve to be recognition for this. I walked out of the event feeling the most confident I have ever felt! Alex & Jody youse deserve an award for what youse done and I can’t thank youse enough for everything you done to make it such a perfect night! I cant wait for the next event, it’s only getting bigger and better!

Wow what can I say but the NBA awards were something else. If am going out and especially to a big awards night where everyone looks insane I always feel intimidated not quite myself and as woman we judge everything! Look at her, she looks amazing wish I looked that good etc!! But at the Awards it was uplifting like Iv never experienced before. Walking around feeling out of place I had girls saying ‘ohh you look amazing, ohh Ella Adele am obsessed with your work’, or seen me and my husband getting pictures and a random girl would say come here let me take your picture and again telling me how gorgeous I looked and it was infectious!! You then felt amazing and went on to tell other girls they was gorgeous and looked amazing, it was a chain reaction!! I have never been anywhere that amazing I felt like the whole room was my mates even though I didn’t know anyone!! Everyone just got on with each other, uplifting each other, supporting each other and having the best time. At the end of the night I seen Alex Alexander & Jody Riley pulled on stage so the lady could sing to them and tell them how incredible they were for pulling this off and it made me so emotional that these two plus help had done this amazing event tonight and brought all these people together but SMASHED IT OUT THE PARK!! Well done girls and I swear Iv never been to an event like that especially one that made you feel ontop of the world!! What a positive uplifting night!! Thanks you ladies!!
